The Polar Express is a family favorite here. :)
I love the idea of a book basket.
I have our Holiday and winter favorites listed on my blog :) Some of them are The Giving Tree ( which is not typically considered a holiday book but it cetainly expresses the sentiment of the season!) and Twas the Night Before Christmas. Check out our holiday book basket on my blog-www.winbeatsandreflections.blogspot.com :)
We don't have any books/stories that we read just for any season. So I guess the stories are individually chosen or not. I do however like the book basket idea. Not being much of a book reader though, I probably won't start that tradition.
