Pumpkin Painting
Since KM was little we have always painted pumpkins so that we could decorate for halloween with some, before it is time to carve them - we don't let the carved ones hang around for more than a week! So on our way back from co-op yesterday we stopped at a local farm and picked out our pumpkins for the season!
She did an awesome job, picking and swirling the paint!

Today SC got to paint her first pumpkin!
We used some print outs to add the eyes, nose and mouth to SC's swirly pumpkin!

Hi - Thanks for wanting to share your ideas & comments! I love hearing what others have to say, but just so that everyone is aware, I have the right and option to decide to post a comment or not. Foul language, inappropriate comments, lashing out at the world, or posting irrelevant ad links are a few reasons why posts may be rejected. My daughter & her friends like to frequently see what is being posted so therefore I would like to keep it clean.
I also have a tendency to reject "Anonymous" posts as I feel the content is not verifiable, therefore is often either irrelevant or not viable.
If your comment has been accepted - it will generally appear in less than 24 hours! Thanks Gina
Those are really nice looking pumpkins. Nice and artistic! :-)
ReplyDeleteThey look great! My kids have used markers on their tiny pumpkins. They keep wiping it off so that they may color it all over again.
